genetic engineering

Genetic engineering has always been a controversy weather or not we should use it. People are pro genetic engineering and i guess i am. Only in a few ways, I don't think that scientist should be able to try and clone people because i think for one its god's job to make people. When you start making people you cant contain there actions and if we start making clones it would make it more confusing and complicated to I.D. people. what happens if they commit a crime?
