Since the begging of time, humans have tried to push the limits of sciences in hopes of becoming more powerful and to have a better understanding of the mysteries of creation. as the world became more modernized and potential for more risky and high reward experiments became a reality, ethics came into play. ethics is a set of rules that scientists need to follow in order for there research to be seen as socially acceptable.
above, is a picture of a severed dog head. this was a non ethical experiment done by Nazi scientists in Russia. the scientists during this period did not need to follow the guidelines of ethics, thus bringing a freshly killed dog head back to life. this form of science is acceptable to a point (animals etc...) but humans, in my opinion, are completely off limits.
