Frankenstien - Musella
When Victor Frankenstein created life through his man made body for the creature, he did it simply because he was obsessed with creating life. He wanted to prove that a human can make life just like God. He did other experiments with life before he made the monster, like when he kept a heart beating for three weeks strait. But Frankenstein wanted to create something more than just a simple experiment, he wanted to play God and create a full grown, biologically engineered human being. I think it was forbidden, because creating your own human life is a sin, and only God has the right to crate life, because God is the original creator of all things. After he created life he went insane with his power and screamed out " Now I know what its like to be God!"(taken from the 1931 movie). Frankenstein did benefit from his creation in a both positive and negative way. Positively because he made the monster and got what he wanted, but also negative because he lost control, and it lead to his downfall, and things got insanely out of hand.
