Genetic Engineering

Human cloning should not be permissible because if openly accessible, it could lead to over population. Just as well, if people could be cloned, then the ones who could afford it would be, and those who could not simply would not be cloned. On the other hand, Genetic engineering should be allowed to the maximum extent. The reason being this is because it could be very helpful to people, and allow people to live a more healthy and productive life. With genetic engineering comes saving lives, and for that reason, it should be allowed to the fullest extent.
