Anthony Scioscia letter

Dear, Elizabeth

I have witnessed the tragic demise of our beloved king Arthur first hand. Being one of the bravest knights in the company of the king i had the privilege of traveling with him at all times. After Mordred seized control of the kingdom our king felt the overwhelming need to enact some revenge on Mordred. But before we could reach the battle site Arthur had a vison from Sir Gawain telling him to wait for Sir Lancelot and his troops or face certain death. After hearing this grim news me and the other knight went with Arthur to sign a peace treaty with Mordred. while we slowly waited for our reinforcements me and Arthur spoke about what he was going to do after retaking the kingdom. At that moment we heard a horn of battle and the battle cries of soldiers as we rushed out of the tent we saw that the peace treaty was broken. As the battle commenced I saw droves of knights falling all around it was at this moment when I was stuck in the leg with a stray arrow. As I lay there help less I am able to see Arthur clashing with Mordred and the Aruthr has killed him but with Mordred final act he is able to fatally woond him in the head. The last thing I saw Aruthr being carred off the battle field alive. Only later to hear of his death and interrment. I have no idea how this country will fair without our brave leader.

Sincerly, Sir Thomas
